Return and Refund Policy

My biggest goal with my company is YOUR Satisfaction! So do not hesitate to reach out if something is wrong with your order, if it was my mistake it will be fixed IMMEDIATELY. Things can happen, I'm human so feel free to message theheiferheard@gmail.com to get your order straightened  out! 

here's what to do if the following occur:

• If you are unhappy with a purchase, anything can be returned 30 days after the order was made for a full refund.
• for a full refund, the items must still be in the condition them came in. 

• For overseas orders, you have 60 days after the order is placed to request a refund 
• Same thing applies, the items must be the way they left in order to receive a full refund
